admin USA is the first and only country to ever land a person on the moon. USA is the most advanced space faring nation. India has already sent the Chandrayaan. India now is planning on sending a man to the moon. USA is spending billions of dollars to design a new Crew Exploration Vehicle as well other technologies to get back to the moon. India to is spending billions of rupees to send their first man to the moon. Instead of overlapping each other’s work, why don’t the two most advanced moon faring nations, USA and India co-operate? They can develop a joint space craft to go to the moon and operate a joint moon habitat together and share the costs. By working together, there will be cost savings and they can speed up the R&D as well as deployment time.
